Are you over analyzing your strokes during the match and it causes you to be inconsistent? In this week's tennis psychology podcast, mental game of tennis expert, Dr. Patrick Cohn answers a question from Ethan.
Here's what Ethan had to say about his game:
"How do I stops overanalyzing my strokes? When I begin to miss shots during matches, I focus too much on fixing what’s wrong and then I’m over thinking my strokes. This causes me to be more inconsistent when trying to make adjustments during the match."
Listen to the podcast to hear what Dr. Cohn has to say about being stock with the practice mindset during the competition and how to change it to be more consistent.
